The Particular

Born: August 22, 1974

Birthplace: Benton Harbor, Michigan

Family: Second youngest of six (four brothers and one sister).

Early Sports Experiences: Ran Cross Country for cardiovascular fitness.

Played Basketball (point guard), and Softball (shortstop). Earned High School All-American honors in basketball and received multiple offers to different colleges for her athletic abilities.

Attended Alcorn State in Lorman, Mississippi, on an athletic scholarship to play basketball. majoring in Business Administration.

FAVORITE FOOD: Sushi and more Sushi also, Thai food and steamed rice (brown or white)

FAVORITE CHEAT TREAT: Swiss Chocolate, Brownies, Strawberry Sorbet Ben & Jerry chunky monkey Texas Fuzzy 's Pizza .

PERFECT VACATION: Staying at a private resort, free of all the big city lights, smog, etc. Sipping wine, relaxing all day and getting deep massages everyday.

HOBBIES: Traveling, Reading, Shoe shopping, rollerblading, biking, long walks, running on the beach (a major contributor to those fabulous calves) or a nice cozy relaxing day at home is always a winner.

LONG TERM GOAL: Opening a private physical Wellness Facility, working with people of all ages from those with low self-esteem due to weight problems, to world class amateur and professional athletes.
